The Chihuahuan Raven

According to Del Rio's birding expert Karen Gleason, the Chihuahuan Raven is a distinct species from Edgar Allan Poe's tapping nemisis. It is commonly found in west Texas, New Mexico and surrounding states in the U.S. and Mexico in grasslands and brushlands. KG has observed nesting pairs in Val Verde County.
